Alsaleh, Alsahli & Partners Law Firm L.L.P is a Saudi professional company with limited liability which was incorporated in 2014 under the name of “Abdullah Alsaleh Law Firm”.
Stemming from the vision of the partners of the importance of professional aggregation and their high value added, the Firm has been changed to be a professional company to practice its activities in a regular manner and provide services at the highest level of reliability.

Managing Partner
Mr. Alsaleh is the Managing Partner of Alsaleh, Alsahli & Partners Law, and Consultations Company. Mr. Alsaleh has extensive experience starting from 2004 after obtaining law practice license from the Ministry of Justice, in the field of international and local judicial and legal services. Alsaleh provided legal services and regular and legal structuring works to many bodies in both public and private sectors. Mr. Al Saleh holds Bachelor degree in Sharia from Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University, High Diploma in the Legal Systems from the Institute of Public Administration (Functional Master Degree), and holds the Master of Laws (LLM) from the British University of Essex. In addition, Alsaleh conducted arbitration in different sectors as he holds Arbitration License from the Ministry of Justice and them membership of the Saudi Arbitration Centre
— Mohamed Abdullah Alsahli —
Partner – Head of Litigation Department
Mr. Mohamed Abdullah Alsahli the Head of Litigation Section at Alsaleh, Alsahli & Partners holds license of law practice from the Ministry of Justice and the Saudi Lawyers Association. Alsahli represented the clients before all courts and committees of all degrees in the Kingdom. Prior to joining Alsaleh, Alsahli & Partners he had been head of litigation in one of the biggest law firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He held the position of a legal counsil at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and represented the Kingdo in many international forums. Mr. Alsahli provided legal consultations to a wide range of clients, concerning disputes settlement, litgation, commercial matters, corporate, government projects, construction and engineering cases and execution of judgments. Alsahli holds Bachelor of Laws from King Saud University and the Master of Laws in the International Commercial Law from Westminister University, United Kingdom
— Rana Abdul-Aziz Almokbel —
Partner
Ms, Rana Almokbel is a partner at Alsaleh, Alsahli & Partners Law Firm. Ms. Almokbel joined the Firm on 2018. She represented the clients in disputes settlement of all types and has special experience in bankruptcy laws and regulations and all that connected with commercial disputes settlement.
Her experience extends also to the shareholders disputes, joint venture disputes, commercial agencies disputes, franchise and companies issues. Ms. Rana has worked on several transactions including drafting and reviewing various types of contracts, providing consultations and legal studies. She is a licensed lawyer from the Ministry of Justice and the Saudi Bar Association and has obtained also the Saudi professional accreditation for legal professionals in addition to holding an expert license in bankruptcy from the Bankruptcy Commission, also she is recognized as an authorized representative from the Intellectual Property Authority.
Ms. Rana holds bachelor’s degree in law from King Saud University 2016.
