Mr. Al-Saleh has experience that has extended since 2004 in the field of international and local legal and judicial services after obtaining a license to practice law from the Ministry of Justice, where he undertook the provision of legal services and legal and regulatory structuring works for many sectors. public and private; Mr. Al-Saleh holds a bachelor’s degree in Islamic law from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, then he obtained a higher diploma in systems from the Institute of Public Administration (functional master), and he obtained a master’s degree from the University of Essex from the United Kingdom. In addition, Mr. Al-Saleh practiced arbitration work in various sectors, as he holds an arbitration license from the Ministry of Justice, as well as membership in the Saudi Commercial Arbitration Center.

Mr. Muhammad Al-Sahli, a Saudi lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Justice and the Saudi Bar Association, currently holds the position of Head of the Litigation Department at Al-Saleh, Al-Sahli & Associates. Mr. Al-Sahli started representing clients before all courts and committees in the Kingdom at various levels and specializations. Prior to joining Al-Saleh, Al-Sahli & Associates, Mr. Al-Sahli worked as Head of the Litigation Department in one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was also a legal advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and he represented the Kingdom in a number of international forums. Mr. Al-Sahli provided legal advice to clients in a wide range of sectors with regard to resolving disputes and litigation related to commercial matters, corporate affairs, government projects, construction and engineering issues, and enforcement of judgments. Mr. Al-Sahli obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University, followed by a Master’s degree in Law in International Commercial Law from the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Ibrahim Al-Murshed is a partner in Al-Saleh, Al-Sahli & Partners Law Firm and Legal Consultations. The professor/murshid specializes in all matters related to studies and legal transactions with extensive experience in corporate transactions, including procedures for listing, transferring, and the regulations of the Capital Market Authority and the regulations and governance of local and foreign companies. The professor/guide is well versed in conducting legal due diligence reports and drafting agreements related to commercial activities, employment, distribution, licensing, trademarks, and bilateral agreements. He also has continuous practices in litigation and judicial procedures in all committees and courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mr. Al-Murshid holds a bachelor’s degree in law from King Saud University, and he also obtained a master’s degree from the same university. Mr. Al-Murshid is a lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Justice as well as the Saudi Bar Association.

Mrs. Rana Al-Moqbel is a partner in Al-Saleh and Al-Sahli & Associates Law Firm and Legal Consultations. She joined the company in 2017. She represents a number of clients in all areas of dispute settlement and has special experience in bankruptcy systems and procedures as well as in matters related to the settlement of securities disputes and procedures before the Special Committee. to settle these disputes. She also has experience in shareholder disputes, joint venture disputes, commercial agency disputes, distributor and franchise disputes, and corporate claims. She is a lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Justice and the Saudi Bar Association. Mrs. Al-Moqbel graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University.
